Why? The AC gives has extra drive and I can still roll off guitar volume for fairly clean tone n the medium gain setting. I have found it works well with my joyo sweet baby (Mad Professor sweet baby clone) on the medium gain structure, but have I have just purchased an angry Charlie AT. I am still discovering the amp and find it quite dark at home at low volumes where I use the bright button and eq to get rid of boomy punch - I turn off the bright setting and eq when using live because that is when it sounds not so muddy. I have owned a BB 15 for about three weeks. I am starting this thread for people who own a Bassbreaker 15 and use it for live performances, home practise and for others who are thinking of buying a Bassbreaker.
